Do you offer home visits for assessments and treatments?

Yes, I do offer home visits for assessments and treatments. This allows me to provide personalised care in your own home, ensuring accurate assessments and tailored services. Home visits are ideal for those with mobility issues or needing home adaptations. To schedule a visit, please use the contact form.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring a list of any medications that you are taking and any medical conditions that you have.

If you are seeing me for hand therapy input, please bring any clinic letters/discharge letters you have received from a consultant review if you have been seen at a hospital.

How many therapy sessions will I need?

This depends on the treatment you are having and the reason that you wish to have treatment. Once you attend a consultation appointment, I will be able to provide you with a good guide as to how many sessions I would recommend. Treatment will be tailored to your individual needs as well as considering cost and availability to attend appointments.

What happens if I can’t make an appointment?

We would ask that you contact HH Rehab Services as soon as you know you are unable to make an appointment so that we can reschedule this at a time to suit your availability. Unfortunately, if your appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours before your appointment time, you will not be refunded your full payment for the appointment. If you miss two appointments without contacting HHRehab Services you will be discharged from our services.

Do you accept payment on the day?

Full payment is required at the time of the booking to secure your time slot.

However, in special circumstances, urgent appointments can be paid for on the day. Contact me direct for more details.

How do I book in an appointment?

All appointments can be booked through the website on the booking form button. For urgent appointments please contact me direct for more details.
